Inaugural Noosa Winemakers Lunch for SunnyKids Raises $210,100

Monday 20 July 2026: The Sunshine Coast community has rallied behind vulnerable local children and families, raising $210,000 through the inaugural Travis Schultz Noosa Winemakers Lunch for SunnyKids powered by McLure Prestige Luxury Real Estate.

Community generosity delivers outstanding fundraising result

Held during the prestigious Noosa Concours d’Elegance, the sold-out event brought together business leaders, philanthropists, wine lovers, motoring enthusiasts and community supporters for an afternoon celebrating exceptional food, premium Australian wines and the power of giving back.

Funds raised through the event will support SunnyKids’ work with children and families experiencing domestic and family violence in the Noosa region, helping provide safety, practical support and hope for those rebuilding their lives.

SunnyKids CEO Kathleen Hope said the generosity shown throughout the day would have a lasting impact on the lives of local families.

Every dollar raised represents hope for children and families experiencing domestic and family violence,“ Ms Hope said.

“The generosity of everyone who attended, donated, bid in the auction or supported the event, demonstrates just how much our community cares about helping local families find safety, rebuild their lives and look towards a brighter future.”

“We are incredibly grateful to Travis Schultz, McLure Prestige Luxury Real Estate, our sponsors, donors, volunteers and every guest who helped make this inaugural event such a success. Their generosity will directly support children and families experiencing domestic and family violence in the Noosa region and ensure they receive the support they need when they need it most.”

Founding Partner Travis Schultz OAM said the event had always been about bringing the community together to make a meaningful difference.

“From the beginning, our vision was to create an event that celebrated the very best of Noosa while making a genuine difference for local children and families,” Mr Schultz said.

“To see the community respond so enthusiastically to the inaugural event has been incredibly rewarding. The generosity shown throughout the afternoon exceeded our expectations and demonstrates what can be achieved when businesses and individuals unite behind an important local cause.

“I sincerely thank our Naming Rights Sponsor McLure Prestige Luxury Real Estate, our supercar partner, Ferrari, every event sponsor, donor, volunteer and guest whose generosity made this event possible. Together we’ve created something that will have a lasting impact for local children and families.”

A premium event with a powerful purpose

Held within the exclusive Travis Schultz & Partners Supercar Circle, guests enjoyed a five-hour premium experience overlooking Hastings Street as part of Noosa Concours d’Elegance. The afternoon featured a curated menu paired with premium wines from Hentley Farm and Mayfield Estate, guided tastings from the winemakers, live entertainment, a fundraising auction and the opportunity to experience one of Australia’s most prestigious automotive and lifestyle events.

The event was made possible through the generous support of Founding Partner Travis Schultz & Partners, Naming Rights Sponsor McLure Prestige Luxury Real Estate, Supercar Sponsor Ferrari, Gold Sponsors Colliers Sunshine Coast, GemLife, Morrison Studios, Ord Minnett Noosa, Spire Law, Flight Options, Thompsons Sustainable Homes, Toomey Family Law and Yield Advisory, together with In Kind Sponsor Kilcoy Global Foods.

With the inaugural event now complete, organisers hope the Travis Schultz Noosa Winemakers Lunch for SunnyKids will become a signature annual fundraiser, bringing the Sunshine Coast community together each year to create brighter futures for vulnerable children and families.
