New Bribie Island Sea to Table Experience Launched

28 October 2025: Bribie Island in Moreton Bay is set to make waves with two new experiences inviting visitors to explore, indulge, and celebrate – all with a distinctly local flavour.

G’day Adventure Tours has launched the Bribie Island Sea to Table Experience, combining 4WD and kayak exploration with a local seafood feast on the island’s remote side – home to national parks, lagoons, and historic World War II bunkers.

Guests can spot an array of land and sea wildlife before sitting down to a spread of fresh local seafood, including the region’s namesake delicacy – the Moreton Bay Bug. The tour is designed to be an immersive way to discover another side of Bribie Island, rivaling experiences like the Noosa Everglades or K’gari Fraser Island.

“Visitors are increasingly seeking authentic, place-based experiences – and food is at the heart of that,” said Luke Edwards, CEO of Visit Moreton Bay.

“The Bribie Island Sea to Table tour perfectly captures what makes this region so special: unspoilt landscapes, rich local produce, and a deep sense of connection to nature. It’s something you can only do here in Moreton Bay.”

G’day Adventure Tours founder Jason Brown said the tour brings together the region’s wild beauty and coastal culture.

“It’s about slowing down, getting off the beaten track, and tasting what’s truly local,” he said. “We take guests across the island’s wild side – by 4WD, by kayak, and then by fork – for a genuine sea-to-table experience.”

The tour is also able to be tailor made with personal favourite beers and wines – or something more special for a proposal or milestone celebrations.

“We can tailor make a tour and also picnic making this the perfect way to pop the question or mark a significant milestone or birthday with loved ones,” added Brown.
