5 February 2026: Noosa Chocolate Factory is turning up the love this Valentine’s Day with a limited-time twist on one of its most popular signature treats – and once it’s gone, it’s gone.
From Monday 9 February, Australian freeze-dried strawberries coated in 29% cocoa white chocolate will return to shelves with a Valentine’s makeover, finished with a layer of naturally pink ruby chocolate. The result is a fan favourite, dressed for the occasion.
The original white chocolate–coated freeze-dried strawberries are one of Noosa Chocolate Factory’s best-loved products, known for their crunch, bold strawberry flavour and creamy white chocolate finish. For Valentine’s Day, the addition of ruby chocolate adds a new layer of flavour and a naturally rosy colour that feels right at home on a gift list.
Ruby chocolate is made from specially selected cocoa beans and is naturally pink – not coloured or flavoured. It has subtle berry notes and a gentle tartness, sitting somewhere between dark, milk and white chocolate, making it a perfect match for the sweetness of white chocolate and the intensity of freeze-dried strawberries.
“This product has always been one of our most popular, so giving it a Valentine’s twist felt like a natural fit,” said Marcus Raward, CEO of Noosa Chocolate Factory.
“Ruby chocolate brings something genuinely different – both in flavour and appearance – and it’s a fun way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with something a little unexpected.”
This Valentine’s Day first-off will be available for a limited time only and in limited quantities across Noosa Chocolate Factory stores in Noosaville, Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore, Adelaide Street in Brisbane’s city centre, and the brand’s newest store at Westfield Chermside.
For customers, it’s a short window to secure a sweet Valentine’s treat – and when they’re gone, that’s the end of the love story (for now).
Ends.
